"We are repeat customers and have been delighted with every job Charley and his team have done for us. We’ve had big trees removed and stumps ground. We’ve had trees and shrubs trimmed. This year they tackled our overgrown landscape and did an excellent job. Charley was here within an hour after I called on Thursday to walk the yard with me and bid the job, and the whole team arrived on Monday morning and completed the job quickly, including cleanup. Charley is very skilled and knowledgeable and helped troubleshoot problems we are having with our azaleas and laurels. His sons, Carlos and Alex, are amazing too. "I've used a lot of tree services over the years, and usually been underwhelmed by some aspect of their work. I'm happy to say that my experience with Charlie's Tree Service was absolutely great. The estimate was given on time and accurately, the work was performed in a timely manner and above all, the finished result was fantastic.__I had the cut wood taken to a different area of the property and asked for it to be put in a specific place, out of sight. It was all put where I asked. The equipment they use was gentle on the grass, even though we have had a lot of frost and rain. Finally, the area was cleaned up completely of sticks and debris, they even kindly cleaned up some large branches that had fallen over the winter and not been dealt with yet - something I didn't ask them to do.__The difference between a mediocre experience and a fantastic one is in the small details, that little bit of effort above and beyond. Thank you to the good folks at Charlies Tree Service for a job well done."

"A job that I thought was going to take most of the day, they completed in a couple hours. Everyone was actively working from the time they arrived. Finished the job, hauled away logs, raked yard, blew off street and left everything tidy. Did all that I asked them to do at the quoted price."
